Privacy
Short version: we only want your first name and email, only if you ask for the kit, and you can leave anytime.
Who we are
INKALIENCREW is run by Alien Crew (NIF 52398881M), based in Spain, who is the data controller for this site. Contact: jordi@inkaliencrew.com. Full details in the legal notice.
What we collect and why
When you join the Club we collect your first name, your email address, the series you asked to hear about (if any) and the record of your consent. We use them to send you the 4-Ink Starter Kit and Club emails: the monthly free page, the #NoUndoInk challenge and news about our books.
The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). We use double opt-in: nothing is sent until you confirm your address from the first email.
Who processes it
Your email data is stored by our email provider [PLACEHOLDER: Kit or MailerLite], which acts as our processor under a data processing agreement. If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, it is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. The site is hosted by Hostinger, which processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the pages and keep them secure.
Analytics without cookies
We count visits with Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies, does not collect personal data and does not track you across sites. This site sets no tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link; after that we delete your data or keep only what is needed to respect your choice.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to jordi@inkaliencrew.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Buying books and pens
Our books are sold on Amazon. When you follow a link to Amazon, Amazon's own privacy policy applies.
Some links to Amazon are affiliate links: as an Amazon Associate, INKALIENCREW earns from qualifying purchases, at no extra cost to you. Amazon may use its own cookies on amazon.com to attribute the purchase; this site sets none.
